New colours for autumn

I planted white cosmos in the garden for the summer but today this beautiful one decided to open up for autumn, a rebel in the garden!

    No, wait! If *I* was in the garden taking the photo with MY camera - THAT would be the "Rebel" in the garden. Oh, hahahaha! ahem. sorry....

    It makes me think of Van Gogh's Irises - all the blue ones and that white one looking back at it.
