I love to fill bowls with Christmas tree baubles and put them around the house, I always think they look like bowls of golden fruit. The decorating in nearly done, I will finish it off tomorrow. Have you finished yet?

ReplyDeleteLovely shot, Justine. When I saw your post on my list I thought they were golden apples.
ReplyDeleteI dragged myself out of the house yesterday and bought some little silver balls to put in a vase. Has made the house (and me) feel a lot better - now onto the Christmas cooking...
ReplyDeletebeautiful! I love the color of those ornaments. well done.
ReplyDeleteOh yes, My decorating is done. But I still have cards to get out and shopping to do and presents to wrap! What a wonderful season it is!

How elegant looking! Just gorgeous! I haven't even finished my tree :-( I'm hoping to within the next couple days, though.
ReplyDeleteI've been finished but I don't have much to decorate. My husband just told me that he hasn't done his niece and nephew which means I have to pick up his slack. I should have just done it already. Love the simple composition of this shot.
ReplyDeleteWhat an beautiful (and easy) decorating idea. I love the elegant color.
ReplyDeleteLove the photo. I like to do the same and in vases too. We're really behind this year, still haven't got the decorations out of the loft! Hopefully tonight.
ReplyDeleteSnap! I do that too! And also in glass bowls & jugs - if you use cut glass you get some interesting reflections.
ReplyDeleteI love that idea - the gold looks beautiful against the white of the bowl. We've done our decorating and the house feels very Christmassy. School holidays start today - YAY!
ReplyDeletemy decorations were limited this year, I like this color a lot!
ReplyDeleteGreat idea! That is a lovely color! Right after Thanksgiving we decorate the house, the girls this year decided to go all out in Nutcrackers.
ReplyDeleteElegant. Yes our decorations are all finished. Charmaine

Ooh, love this; yes, I am done and I do something similar to this, I have burgundy and silver balls in a glass bowl that work well together.
ReplyDeleteI thought they were pears. Great pic. And beautiful color.
ReplyDeleteGorgeous composition, tones, and selective focus. I spent 7 hours this afternoon & evening wrapping presents and I'm exhausted.
ReplyDeleteLooks nice! I have this colour at home too. But I didn't use it this year.:)
