This is the view I have from my sitting room, to the right of the door is where my desk is so I look out this view whilst I am on my computer. The tree you can see is a magnolia which has the very beginnings of buds, just a hint of what is to come. The sky is as you can see it, grey - it has been grey for days now. What can you see from your window?

I look out to my lovely garden. Thanks for sharing. Charmaine
ReplyDeleteHmm... currently my work window looks out onto a building site - and has for the last 12 months. There was a brief flurry of activity in summer and now it is all quiet again. Thankfully there are some pot plants and flowers on the window sill making the view a little more enjoyable.
ReplyDeleteLovely view! I like how the green of the grass is reflecting off of the table. The view from my reading spot is a little slice of sky and trees through my balcony. I have watched many a sunrise from this spot. :)
ReplyDeleteJustine the light in this is glorious! Looking over your beautiful garden, I imagine you are really going to miss this, but you will have something new and exciting instead!
ReplyDeleteI see snow. Lots, and lots of snow!!!
ReplyDeleteThis is a wonderful view Justine. I'll bet when the sun is shining there is a lot of beautiful light coming in there!
Oh how I wish I had your view.. beautiful shot. As for my view.. I see roof tops and the top of a pine tree. Today I get the pleasure of planes too coming into land at Heathrow. Oh and of course those same grey skies. Don't know about you but I am tired of grey skies.
ReplyDeleteRight now I see mounds of beautiful white snow, abandoned bird houses and trees that will flower in Spring. Later in the year there will be birds in those trees and bird houses, flowers in the rock garden along with hummingbirds, bees and lots of crawly things; oh, and maybe some little moles tunneling about.
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely view (and photo)! You are so lucky to have a magnolia tree to look at. My view? Traffic unfortunately but there are a few plants around (as well as the same grey skies).
ReplyDeleteIf the photograph is good, every view can be spectacular. You shurelly menaged that.
ReplyDeleteHugs♥
Snow. Snow and birds is what I see. Love your beautiful and cheery greens despite the grey skies.
ReplyDeleteBecky Sue

I love it. Wonderful photo.
ReplyDeleteWonderful view - so inspiring! I also have a magnolia and, outside my kitchen window, in a sheltered corner I have a camellia which is just about to burst into life - it's always the first thing in my garden to flower, apart from the snowdrops.
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful view you have.. Great shot!!
ReplyDeleteI look out to my front yard and the street in front of my house.... I can see my shrubs and an oak tree....and the beautiful sunlight
ReplyDeleteGreat picture!
Beautiful! I love looking out the windows that surround my computer...My walls are almost all window...wreaks a bit of havoc while working on the computer when the sun shines in, but check out the
ReplyDeleteview when the sun sets!!!
Lovely view, Justine. I love the balance of color in your photo. I also have a large magnolia tree that I see when I look out my window from my desk. It looks like it may flower soon....let's see which tree is first!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful! I'm loving your view - especially that hint of green peeking through.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful - the light and soft tones are lovely.
ReplyDeleteOh, your view is so pretty. Currently I am looking out my window at the pine trees and the snow. Wish we had some dark green to go with it!
ReplyDeleteThat's a lovely view. Mine is not as pretty. There is a tree I can see, just the top half, but it has the most beautiful color in the fall.
ReplyDeleteI love this pictures,gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteWith great pleasure I will still follow your blog.
Kisses and happy week, Zondra Art
I'm sure your table is not green, but I adore the color reflection! You are a pro when it comes to using light.
ReplyDeleteI LOVE that the green outside your window is so prevalent, that it reflects on your furniture too! There is hope. Lovely, warm shot. Outside my window? 20 below and snow, snow, snow. But, it won't last too much longer.
