The last flower in my garden

This has just bloomed, everything else in the garden seems to be getting ready for autumn.

I am very excited but nervous too as tomorrow I start a diploma course in photography, it's three days a week and covers all aspects of photography, it should be fascinating.  I am not very good at meeting people and starting all over again so wish me luck!
I am also linking up with Lisa's wonderful creative exchange, do join in.

  1. Very soon you'll have the beautiful autumn colours in your garden!
I'm sure you'll have a wonderful experience because you're a very good photographer, for many years I was a very shy person and it was always a challenge to be with strangers (and still is). Just be yourself and smile.
    Good luck! :)

  2. Judging from photos you take (which are gorgeous), the course should be exciting --- like frosting on a cake (for your photography)!

  3. Ooooh ! look at that colour...reminds me of Wimbledon colours. Beautiful photo Justine. You lucky thing to be going 'back to school', but already having a wealth of photography knowledge behind you. You will be fine, embrace the opportunity, you will meet like minded people and I'm sure will make some wonderful new friends........have fun ( or I will have to sit you in the naughty corner ) xx

  20. Oh Justine, I'm so behind on blog visits....I hope the start of your class went well. After looking at your images for about a year plus now, there's no doubt in my mind. I am quite jealous that you're attending the course, and I'm not. But happy for you.
One last bloom. You did inherit a beautiful garden when you moved. How lucky for you. Study up my friend. Wait 'til they find out about your inner Martha. You can pull that out as a secret weapon. :)

  21. This is a beautiful shot, Justine. You must be so excited about the diploma course. I'm sure you'll love every minute! It can be daunting meeting a whole load of new people, but you'll get to know the people on the course very quickly, and I'm sure you'll make lots of new friends. I look forward to seeing the results of your lessons.
