Happy Friday everyone

The sun is shining, we have a small respite from the rain here in the UK, long may it last. The good news is that it is the weekend, what have you got planned? we are going to the theatre tomorrow to see Three Sisters. Both teenagers have parties so I assume we will be lying awake waiting for the key in the door around 4am, does anyone else do this?
I am experimenting with templates in lightroom, more stuff I am learning on the fantastic reflections of you course I am doing. I didn't realise how easy it was to do them, such fun!

  3. I haven't figured templates out....there are some basics in PSE that I just don't have mastered. The only templates I use are the ones in PicMonkey. (I wish I could transfer PicsArt from my camera to my computer! There are great collage templates there. I can't even figure out how to save them to my phone, though, so I always post to Facebook.) This is a beautiful white and green collection. It's rodeo time here, so I'm going to be photographing a lot of action this weekend, I hope. I'll also be babysitting a 3 1/2 year old.

  5. Lovely photos. Love the green-ness. I don't have lightroom, but am feeling the need. Oh - and the parties on the weekends for the teenagers. Yep, I know those times. With our third teenager my hubby and I started to flip a coin on who would stay up late to wait for her. All the best!

  6. Will be a boring weekend for me...hubby is gone...friends out of town....lots of rain.

I have not experimented with templates in LR yet. This makes me want to try, tho. Nice colors in this image.

Hope your teenagers are safe and come home way before 4AM. I do remember those nights of worry.

  7. Hi There! Thanks for stopping by my blog and saying hello. I hope you come back often!
Your own photography is quite amazing, I love this one, it's so fresh. What kind of flower? is that?

I don't have much planned this weekend, except to work. Always a good time (yeah right) but I have Monday and Tuesday off and our towns River Festival is going on this week, so we may do that. (lots of photo ops!)

    Have a great weekend!

  9. Love that green color so pretty, and those petals wow. No teens here, just grandkids. Yes I remember those days though of waiting for them to get home. Luckly they always come home safe. Hope your weather holds out, it really can get depressing and the reason I left the coast of CA. Mind you I don't like the heat we have here in Arizona but I do love seeing the sun almost every day. It does help my mood.

  15. I love what you've created here. I am just dipping my toe into Lightroom a la Scott Kelby and hope that I get through all the sorting, filing, catalogs, sets, flags, and such so I can finally perhaps edit an image. It will be even more fun when I can create something like this!
4 a.m. You're a great mom. I have no kiddos, but I imagine you're in a large club of listening moms. Hope your weekend and show were fun Justine.
