Winter on film

A few weeks ago I was asked to join the wonderful group of ladies at Mortal Muses, I was so excited to be asked and it proves that things do happen if you dream long enough! Today I am musing for my first post and I am talking about using film to shoot in winter.

I know a lot of you don't use film but if you are ever tempted now is the time to do it as winter provides such wonderful textures and patterns and glorious shadows and light. We are also giving away some great prizes so even more reason to visit.

  3. I really love how translucent the wings of the birds tail show here. I always appreciate people who shoot in film but I really do prefer digital. I delete too much. :)

  8. I love this photo, loved it when I saw it on Flicr, love it again here. How could anyone not? The light in the tail feathers especially in the top bird directly in the sun-love it.
PS-loved your Martha comment-you're getting right back at me.
    Happy weekend to you Justine.
