Sydney in black and white

Thank you so much for all your wonderful comments from my post last week, it was so lovely of you all and I really appreciated it, blogging really is a wonderful thing!
I got my photographs back from Sydney this week, I took a couple of rolls of black and white film with me. What I love about Sydney is the diversity whether it is in the architecture or on the beach.

I miss the beach, it's snowing in London again and the news tells us it's the coldest weekend in March for fifty years....hope you are having a relaxing and warm Sunday where ever you are.

  3. Film is beautiful !! These are just wonderful images. This might sound a bit 'wahwah', but for me, with black and white film, you are looking "into" the image, not just seeing it on the surface, I suppose that would be called depth, but I think you look harder , or more intensely at the image and search out the detail as well. Love these. xx

  5. Lovley B&W's Justine, really like the perspective of both of your shots here. We're shapinig up for the warmest March in 10 years-such crazy weather isn't it?

  6. Fabulous b&w photos! They look so vintage. We're expecting snow tonight, too. Quite tired of it, I am.

  7. You know I am loving your B&W shots. They do have a vintage vibe to them. It is pretty nice weather here in the desert right now. But not to long from now I will be whining about the heat.

Hope you have a nice week my friend.
    Stay warm.

    Hugs~
