A lot of lavender

I have been busy in my garden with the arrival of spring, the lavender has been growing so well. I think the secret really is to leave lavender alone to just get on with it, it seems to be working for me here in Sydney. I am thinking about making lavender oil once it has dried, does anyone know how to do this??

  3. I love lavender and I think you are right, it love the warmth and just letting it be with some water is really all this plant needs. Love the color and the smell. I don't know how to make the oil but a good google search would probably do the trick.

  4. Lavender is one of my favorites. I have a pot of it I started from seed (it was a kit) last Christmas. I'm not sure it will ever bloom, but I love brushing against the leaves to release the scent. Yours is so pretty!

  5. I love lavender. Mine is hit or miss, it does better in some spots than others and some years than others.

  6. Beautiful colours and tones! I love lavender, so calming! Seems weird you saying 'the arrival of spring', when here in the UK we are welcoming Autumn xx
