I love Sydney

Our beautiful city has emerged bruised and shaken after the events of Monday and Tuesday. So much heartache and pain left behind for the victims and their families. The resilience of Australians is showing through and everyone is coming together which is a wonderful thing to watch. Sydney will recover and continue to be the most wonderful city in the world to live in.

  1. I thought of you as the news unfolded. It's wonderful to learn how resilient Australians are and I'm also delighted to know that you love your adopted city. In can't have been an easy transition. You've done well, Justine. Safe travels and Merry Christmas!

  2. What a terrible event! We Americans are so impressed with how Australia reacted calmly and handled this crisis so well. I'm glad people can focus on the upcoming holidays. Wishing you peace and joy in this season.

  4. Shocked by these awful events but have read about people offering to ride with scared Muslims on the trains etc. So much good in the world. Sydney looks a great place to live - I enjoy seeing the different areas on the Location ... programme.

  5. The world has become such a small place through the internet. I was thinking of you during the crisis and praying you were nowhere near it. My heart aches for those who lost loved ones. "Peace on Earth" seems like such a remote possibility, but one we shouldn't give up hoping for.
