Do you like smoothies? I love them. I have a smoothie for breakfast most mornings, I use a vitamix and put the water in first and then I add lettuce, cucumber, apple, a whole lemon, ginger, parsley and anything else that is lurking in the fridge like celery. I give it a good mix and it sets me up until lunchtime and makes me feel very energised.
This is the smoothie I made for lunch as I didn't have one for breakfast - I find two smoothies a day is too much. This one has frozen berries and a banana and some oats, seeds and nuts and some avocado.
