Rhubarb

 It's rhubarb season here in the UK. I love rhubarb but at school we had it out of tins with custard and I hated it but now I just love the simplicity of it. I put it in the oven with a dash of water and cinnamon for about twenty minutes and have it with yoghurt and it's delicious. How do you feel about rhubarb?
