I do love the green shades in this wheat I picked in the countryside the other day, sadly with all this wonderful hot dry weather we are having the crops are going to suffer though.

I agree, lovely green
ReplyDeleteSo pretty (and sensible to bring it indoors to photograph rather than getting lots of out of focus photographs in the wind like I do!).
ReplyDeleteLovely green. Yes it has been very dry.
ReplyDeleteOh the softness of the beautiful colour in this photo is gorgeous, just beautiful. Add the spiky texture of the grains with their little yellow tassels and your balanced arrangement and you have the perfect photo. As always Justine a wonderfully visual jewel.
ReplyDeleteThe greens are so lovely! You are welcome to have our unseasonable rain -- it fact I'll send you some right away, as we are pretty tired of it.
ReplyDeleteLove the yellow and details in this photo.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful colours and tones. So calming and restful on this very hot day!

ReplyDeleteNicely done.
Hi, Justine.
xo,
Rick
Those greens are very gorgeous! You've done a wonderful job capturing the beauty of wheat!! My in-laws grow it and right now they are having the opposite problem. The other night they got 6 inches of rain in a matter of hours!
ReplyDeleteLove this image Justine....such pretty hues and wonderful shapes in repetition. I hope things are going well at your new home. I need to scan back and read some posts, but I do hope your dear pets have again returned to living with you.
ReplyDeleteI really love this.
ReplyDeleteI missed this last week.I absolutely love this image, Justine- the colours, detail, composition....
ReplyDeleteAnd I'm jealous of your weather, we have had only cold, wet weather here for weeks and weeks!
