I went to the local market this weekend and found this wonderful tea cosy and just had to buy it. I love tea cosies and we always had one growing up, big cotton ones that sat completely over the tea pot and hid it but kept the tea warm. I was so excited about this one as I thought it would also look great to photograph. It is a very tiny tea cosy, I don't know how big the teapot the knitter used was, but it does the trick and brightens up a cold winter morning.
