A tonic

 I am a great believer in natural foods and only take vitamins at the end of a cold, zinc for a bit of a booster. We have been taking ginger for most of the winter months and putting it into a honey and lemon drink at the end of the day cures many an ailment. I found this recipe on LocalLovelly's instagram page and I made it this morning and it is sooo good. A shot of this sets you up for the day and it's just lemon, fresh ginger and fresh turmeric all mashed together in a blender. Do try it, I think you will agree, it's very good.
