My husband is Australian and I am English and we have an ongoing argument about these biscuits, I call them Jammie dodgers and he calls them Monte Carlo. We bought them from the shop in Sydney today and they were sold as Monte Carlo but I will continue to call them Jammie dodgers. What would you call them?
They look truly delicious! In Finland we might name them "Lusikkaleipä" - we have similar cookies tha are formed with tablespoons and thwn filled with marmelade.
