Little reminders

I am participating in Tracey Clarke's Picture fall course and today we had to take a picture of certain words we need to hear. I have had this little card lying around the house for ages and I always forget to look at it or take any notice of it. I wish I could be more carefree, I will start tomorrow.....

  3. Oh, don't I wish!!!
Although i don't think I will truly ever be completely carefree (impossible with kids!!!!), I sure would like to work toward it!

  7. Lovely sentiment, Justine. I have a piece of Southwestern indian pottery that I keep stones in which have inscriptions on them such as names of loved ones, or words like peace, harmony, calmness, listening, etc. Each day I pick up one to carry with me and meditate on it during times of quietness. I very calming passtime.
