Sad, but truly beautiful photograph! We still have a few left, which I will probably hang to dry. There is just something about spent and dried roses that I love.
Oooooh ! So soft and beautiful, sort of looks like a surreal, dream-like landscape. Our roses here in Aus. are just starting and because we have had extra good rain this year, there are masses of buds, and I love them.
This is one of my favourite photos of yours lately Justine. I saw it on Flickr this morning and was going to go back and post something - but I guess I'll do it here instead. There's such a softness and subtleness to the colours and the shadows.
How absolutely beautiful! Now, you saw my meager and thrown together attempts at "the last rose of summer" and have to know that I'm so impressed at your creativity with this.
Sigh, what a gorgeous capture and such soft texture (makes me want to touch the photo, almost! :)). I love the pale, delicate color too. Gorgeous.
