I just bought this lovely bunch of radishes, such a summer vegetable with a wonderful peppery taste, so perfect dipped in mayonnaise. They always remind me of Peter Rabbit and Beatrix Potter - apparently Peter Rabbit is actually eating a radish from Mr McGregor's garden, not a carrot!
I am a fan of the radish in a summer salad. When I was little my grandmother had a special kitchen tool that would turn a radish into a flower, looked so pretty in a salad.
Oh my goodness ! i love this photo, I think it would have to be a favourite. what a clever angle, and the colour is just beautiful and then there are all those beautiful textural twirly, twidly tendrils. Just love it !
I love radishes dipped in ranch dressing.. A good way to make something healthy just a little fattening. But so good.. Once again you have made an ordinary item look amazing..
Beautfiul - I LOVE the squiggly ends. Hope you are all moved in and enjoying your summer. Are you planning on any photo challenges for the summer? I enjoyed when you hosted them.
