Well August is here already and I am back on another 365 project! I found it so strange not having my camera with me all the time so I am continuing with one photo a day. So far August looks like this -
We went to an amazing French restaurant for a truly fantastic dinner and as we left they presented us with a small brioche and a pot of jam, it was delicious.
These tiny little flowers are out in my garden right now, I have no idea what they are called.
Yesterday we went to Bondi and sat overlooking the icon icebergs pool for lunch. The sun was shining but it was absolutely freezing and one brave soul took to the water without a wetsuit.
How is your August? hope you are having fun.

Hello sunshine
I was feeling a bit fed up this morning, missing the children and worrying about the future I have no control over and then I went for a walk along the beach and mother nature gave me a stern talking to and now all is right with the world.

At the market
Don't you just love markets? I have recently discovered the food markets at Bondi every saturday, so many colours and delicious food plus you get to walk along the beach afterwards.

Hello Friday
I have been exploring more of my new neighbourhood lately. I love all the wonderful colours of summer here in Sydney.
I have also spent a lot of time walking along the beach in the early evening enjoying the beautiful light and warm rays.
There is a real summer feel now, the temperature is about 28 degrees most days and the nights are balmy and full of the sounds of cicadas. It feels good to be warm and by the sea at this time of year. I am linking up with Friday Finds over at Kim Klassen's cafe today, do pop over at have a look.
